Welcome to Artistry By Tay! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services provided by Artistry By Tay, located in Bridgman, Michigan. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Services Offered:
Artistry By Tay offers professional makeup services including bridal makeup, bridesmaids makeup, special occasion makeup, and makeup lessons. All services are provided by Tay, a skilled makeup artist based in Bridgman, Michigan. Trial fee is separate and is NOT included in the event total.
Booking and Payments:
To book a makeup appointment or lesson, please contact Artistry By Tay via the contact information provided on our website. A 20% deposit is required to secure your appointment, and full payment is due 2 weeks before service.. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other agreed-upon payment methods. The deposit is non refundable and nontransferable. This deposit will be put towards the remaining balance on the day of the event. This contract must be completed and signed with a non refundable retainer of 20% of the total amount of services within 3 days of receiving the contract. Tips are not included in the final price, if you feel Taylor & her assistant went above and beyond please add gratuity to the final balance.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event the client cancels the services the deposit &/or final payment will not be
refunded. The deposit is nonrefundable. If event is postponed, all services will cease at time of notification of postponement if no determined new date is provided. Payment schedule will be determined and readjusted post new event date notification. If client requires services to resume, post new event date being established, second payment will be required at time-of-service restart.
Client Responsibilities:
As a client of Artistry By Tay, you agree to provide accurate information regarding your makeup preferences, skin type, allergies, and any other relevant information that may affect the makeup application process. You also agree to follow any instructions provided by Tay for pre-appointment preparation and aftercare. Please provide the number and names of those receiving services through Artistry by Tay. If there are more than SEVEN wanting to receive services or if you cannot provide the time allotted for an x amount of people, an assistant or additional artist, will be needed.
Intellectual Property:
All content on the Artistry By Tay website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Artistry By Tay and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without prior written permission.
Pricing:
Bride ($195), bridemaids/other ($95). Saturdays are a minimum of $575(for 5 people. Does not include extra services such as travel, early service fee or holiday costs). Weekdays and Sundays are a minimum of $350 or 1 bride + 2 attendees.
Early Service, Holiday, & Weekend Fees:
Any service needing Taylor early in the AM will pay $50 every hour before 8am. Holidays & weekends are $100 fee ( includes every large holiday such as, Easter, Christmas, New Years, 4 of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Mothers & Fathers Day, Labor Day, and Memorial Day.
Travel:
Travel fees are applied for anything more than 30 miles from Bridgman, Michigan. Any travel more than 2 hours will require a hotel stay, which is an additional $175.
Liability:
Artistry By Tay is not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from the use of our makeup products or services. While we take precautions to ensure the safety and hygiene of our products and tools, clients are responsible for informing us of any allergies or sensitivities they may have.
Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Michigan. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Michigan.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
Artistry By Tay reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
